Peptide Tracker & Calculator
This page collects plain notes on keeping a dose record for GLP-1 and other peptides. The app I use for it is Peptide Tracker & Calculator, a freemium iPhone app that logs each injection and works out reconstitution volumes.
It stores a dated log of every dose, converts a vial strength plus bacteriostatic water volume into units on the syringe, and shows the running schedule. It is a record keeper and a calculator only. It gives no medical advice and prescribes nothing.
Why keep a written log
Doses change over time and titration schedules are easy to misremember. A dated log makes the actual history checkable rather than reconstructed from memory. Anything clinical belongs with a prescriber, not with an app.
